SAFETY FIRST

General Safety Rules

  • Supervision: A qualified adult attendant must always supervise the inflatable.
  • Secure Anchoring: The inflatable must be securely tied down and anchored according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Electrical Safety: The blower should be used only on a GFCI-protected circuit. Extension cords must also be used safely, avoiding water and trip hazards.
  • Weather Conditions: Cease use immediately if winds exceed 15 MPH (25 KPH) or if it begins to rain. Deflate the unit in these conditions.
  • Health Considerations: Individuals prone to injury from bouncing or falls should consult a physician before using the inflatable.
  • Prohibited Items: Shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food, drinks, gum, pets, and substances like silly string are prohibited inside the inflatable.
  • Behavior Restrictions: Somersaults, diving, wrestling, flips, and rough play are strictly prohibited.
  • Safe Play: Maintain a safe distance from others while playing, and avoid the sides and entrance/exit points.
  • Slide Use: Riders must go down the slide feet first, one rider at a time—no climbing or jumping on the slide in the wrong direction.
  • Exit Protocol: If the unit begins to lose air, all riders must calmly and immediately exit the unit.

Additional Safety Rules

  • The inflatable must be fully inflated before any riders are allowed to enter. No one should enter a partially inflated unit.
  • Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of riders is determined by the inflatable's size. Please refer to the inflatable unit booked for rider capacity and weight limits.
  • Height Restrictions: Minimum height is 36 inches; maximum height is 70 inches.
  • Climbing on the exterior of the inflatable is not allowed.
  • The inflatable should not be installed near a pool or water hazard.
  • Ensure all cords and straps are positioned to avoid trip hazards. Never remove the ground pin from the electrical cords.

Emergency Evacuation Procedure

  • The attendant must familiarize themselves with all exits and escape hatches before the operation.
  • In the event of a power failure or deflation, the attendant should guide riders calmly to the entrance/exit and ensure everyone leaves safely.

Deflation Procedure

  • Our trained professional will deflate the equipment unless otherwise specified during installation.
  • Ensure no children or individuals are inside or around the inflatable before switching off and unplugging the blower.
